It is time for a change.

We need coach(es) that the players believe and trust in.

I would prefer someone young and hungry with a lot to prove.

This team is so close and I really feel that if we get a group of coaches that know what they are doing we will be tough to stop next year. We have key pieces in place just need to fill a few more holes. We are 24 mil under the cap and we have a great owner.

I am excited about the future.

Me too until Jerry screws it up with some dumb hire.

The thought of Jerry Jones in the draft room without a strong coach in the Jimmy Johnson/Bill Parcells mold just scares the hell out of me............

yeah and what if jerry brings in a young guy who is over his head, and we get worse then we already are?

My biggest fear is the new coach not getting as much talent, and letting our good guys go

Jerrry isn't crazy. He's making moves and his next big splash will probably come in a couple of weeks. The organization gets to "move on" a year earlier. YAY!!!

Accepting mediocrity for fear of failure.

BINGO- I'd rather take a chance on greatness and puke out than stay 9-7, 8-8, 7-9 for another bunch of years.

Wow, I just logged on and saw this news! It is kinda of exciting to see what the future holds!

I like Parcells, I just don't like his style of offense...

Now, I REALLY HOPE TO HELL that Jerra does not do something REALLY stupid! :D

Exciting times ahead...

All joking aside, this hire is the single most important move of the off-season. Free agency, the draft, all of it will be set in the context of the new head coach.

This may just be the most important hire in the history of this franchise- it will set the course of whether this team ever returns to greatness or is doomed to mediocrity or failure for a generation- and I don't think that is being melodramatic either.

I really HOPE we find out that the grass is really greener on the other side!

We shall see...

Like I told Deb....Even if Jerry makes a bad choice, which is very possible, I would rather a new bad choice than watching this old bad choice.
