I can see us trading our number one away.

You figure after Baltimore picks up Huff on there first pick and sees Jay Cutler sitting there on the board, they insantly swap Ed Reed or Ray Ray Lewis to big D for there 1st round pick to get there franchise qb.
But then again it may not happen because Billick is in a must win and win now mode,I really can't see them taking a qb to develope because the Ravens coach's rope is getting a bit short.
I can promise you this though something is up with Dallas and Baltimore doing a deal on the first day of the draft. There's just to manny rumors flying around for something not to be up.

What rumors are you hearing? I'm here in the DC area, and its quiet on the talk shows, but that doesn't discount what you have heard.

I really do not believe Dallas would trade it's #18 for Lewis or Reed.....a slight maybe for Reed.

Isn't Steve McNair likely to land in Baltimore after Ten releases him? With Kyle Boller as backup I don't see much of a need at QB for them.

For Reed maybe.

For Lewis...a 5th or 6th.

Regardless, not going to happen.

the only problem with that is Ray Lewis is and ILB where we have Akin and Brady already, and the Ed Reed's contract is up the same time Roy's is up. I dont see Dallas paying Roy and ED Reed to big contracts.

I am surprised this hasn't been mentioned, but do you really think that Baltimore, who is already in need of another Safety would trade away arguably one of NFL's best safeties for a late first rounder? You gotta be kidding me. This trade would only happen in our dreams.

And as for Ray Lewis, he isn't young anymore and doesn't have any real trade value with his huge contract. I don't see that as an option either and especially not for a first round pick.

Move on ..... nothing to see here.
