I am not asking for 19-0. How about some consistency? Back to a winning tradition. How many super bowls in 13 years? Not even close. If I made the investment he has made I would want results. In other words trophies. I guess we will settle for less for a long time. I live in New Orleans and listening to these insane saints fans is killing me.

While I deplore the 4th & 1 field goal attempt, not too mention giving the ball too often to Marion Barber, the real problem with this team is the lack of talent on the offensive line.

That unit needs an infusion of talent...

I don't think any coaching change would guarantee any better results with what is there currently.

...and folks need to go easy on the criticism of Jerry Jones. No one can argue that this franchise hasn't improved over the last 4 or 5 years. My how quickly we forget the horrible seasons we had to start off the last decade.

Jerry has made a lot of good moves. Give the guy a shred of credit. For crying out loud, we have been in the playoffs 2 out of the last 3 years with an undrafted QB, and with a undrafted #1 WR this year.

Jerry isn't blind. He learned from the 44-6 debacle last year, and he will learn from this. We will go deeper in the playoffs next year.

Part of me wonders what this team would be like under Parcells now that his guys are reaching maturity and Romo is playing well. I think it'd be a little better than the 10-6 and 9-7 we got on a yearly basis from him.

Jerry should look at the formula teams that have had young head coaches that have won. For example, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, NY Jets. He needs to get a firery young head coach, who motivate this team to kick ***!

Wade Phillips is the best coach we've had since Jimmy Johnson left. PERIOD!

He's the first coach since the Jimmy Johnson and his triplets left. Yeah I know Barry Switzer did after Jimmy left, be we all know it was really Jimmy's team. This is Wade Phillip's team and you can see what he's done with it. He's 33-15, which is pretty damn good.

And yeah Jerry Jones is a meddling owner, but I have to admit he's a pretty decent GM. I think when Stephen Jones takes over we'll have a smarter operator seeing as he was the one to oust TO, but we won't know till then. We've gotta be grateful for that nice new stadium Jerry built and the fact that he's spending money to try and make our team a winner. I don't mind Jerry as an owner, because I know he's putting everything he can into making our team a winner.

I'm 21 years old, the last time the Cowboys won a playoff game I was 8 years old. Am I satisfied? HELL ya I am. Do I want more? HELL ya I do. Do I think that Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips can get us there? HELL why not..... we finally got a postseason win... Think about it this way guys....At least we ain't the Lions or the Browns We did better than 24 other teams this season, that's 75% of the league. Many franchises can't say they did that over the last two decades.

It is better than zero playoff wins in 13 years. More importantly, a lot of questions were answered this year, and there are fewer questions this offseason.

That bodes well for the future. No one is satisfied with just one playoff win, but it is far better than the alternative.

Now ask yourself what real coach will want to coach in Dallas.....What I saw in the game yesterday is Wade Phillips had 20 dfferent coaches whispering in his ear... I like Wade but he is a Defensive cordinator........ Hire Norv as OC if he gets fired and bring in the most arrogant no nonsense coach u can find....

I measure coaches by production.... since Jimmy who has had better production as a HC than Wade Phillips? no one.
