I read this at the "Official San Diego Chargers Forum"......

http://forums.chargers.com

Cowboys Fans Vs. Raiders Fans

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Okay, I would say that in general, The Cowboys fans were decent folks yesterday.

However, there were a few exceptions. Seeing some jerky redneck Cowboys fan literally yelling at the top of his drunk lungs, "Stay classy San Diego!" over and over again at every Charger fan as they were leaving the stadium... well, that was pretty annoying. Unfortunatley, I "accidentally" lost my footing on my way up the stairs and bumped into him pretty hard. Almost knocked him on his face. oops.

However, contrary to some others in this forum, I wouldn't say they were even close to as lame as Raiders fans. The Raider Nation typically runs about 95% ioditic/weekend pass/derelict types. The Cowboys fans were maybe pushing 60% (at best) in my opinion.

Hell, one of them even called off a fellow Cowboys fan who tried to cut in the bathroom line. If those were Raiders fans, they would have exchanged gang signs and patted each other on their neck tattoos while heckling everybody behind them.

Bottom line -- The Chargers blew it and the Cowboys fans had a reason to be happy about the first of their three wins this season."

Alright, what does this say about his own team? If they can't beat a team that is only going to win 3 games this year, how many are they going to win? Or maybe i just read it wrong, but i think i'm right here.

First of three win eh? well at least we HAVE one. With two skins games on the schedule, thats 3 wins right there.

Charger fans are funny for sure.

"Stay classy, San Diego."

He could have used the other line Ron Burgandy uses from the teleprompter. :D

I can't belive a Charger fan is trying to send a subliminal shot at us only winning 3 games this year. Is this the same franchise that hasn't won a Superbowl. Wow that's rich. If we want to be completely honest anytime the Boys play in San Diego or the Raiders play the Chargers are really the road team.

I wonder why any of them is surprised. When we used to play in Los Angeles both against the Raiders and the Rams, we had half the crowd. We even have a ton of fans in San Francisco, less in Oakland but is because RaiderFan scares the bejeezus out of everyone. We are basically California's team.

who cares what a san diego fan thinks?

they have probably been over in TJ watching to many "shows" to have any idea what a football looks like.

Exactly right, I went to SD and am going to SF but no way I'm going to Oakland...I'll watch from home...and you are right about when we used to play the Raiders in LA, it was 45/55 dallas fans to raider fans.

Cowboy fans were not that bad yesterday and they certainly had reason to feel good....since we took over qualcomm...

i got this from the same site.

i also posted this on their forum.

"lol Damn if thats all the cowboys are going to win just 3 games, then what does that say about the chargers."

Opposing fans presence at Qualcomm Stadium.
I have to say that I'm really disappointed in the fan attendance at the Q. There were approximately 20k-25k Cowboys fans... thats right 20,000 to 25,000 fans. Are season holder Charger fans reselling their tickets? The Q did not feel like our house, it sounded like a typical game when we play the raiders. I hoping the upcoming games will be better in attendance. We really need to be the 12th man, but I have to say that on the last drive it almost seemed like we were in Dallas. Fans were making so much noise that I know our players noticed...
