We played Seattle's d when they were in a slump. The d now is totally different.

Let's see, they opened up the season and killed GB and Denver, then dropped a close one to SD catching a red hot Rivers, then they man handled Was the week before we played.

I wouldn't call 3-1 with wins over GB and Denver to start the season a slump.

We ran over 'em, it was real. Punched them square right in the mouth. Our running game dominated their "Healthy Defense".

Don't mind going to Seattle and beating them again if necessary in the title game - but I hope the seeds work out where we don't have to go to Lambeau field - if we have to play the Packers, let it be them coming here to play.

I would rather play there in the divisional round then have to play them wild card weekend.

I think our chances of getting to the conference championship are better if we play them the 1st week here, rather than the 2nd week at their house (if that is how the seeds work out - hopefully, we'll end up with some other scenario), unless you are satisfied with just winning one playoff game.

Playing In Det would be easier than playing in Lambeu, but GB would be a much tougher wild card game, right now I just want to get that first one, and see what happens.

Dunno - Green Bay is 3-4 away from Lambeau this year (has something to do with playing tougher opponents away also) and seemingly invincible at home (and I know I don't want to have our playoff lives on the line playing in 10 degree weather and ice/snow there). Like you said...let's see what happens (it would be our incredibly good fortune to see GB and Detroit end up in a tie game this week which would then probably give us the #1 seed)

i two dislike the seahawks. i once visited seattle and like the city. the fish market is interesting. i stood there for an hour watching the fish mongerers toss and catch fish. after an hour they axed me to leave so i went to the harber and starred at the ships. man they half a lot of ships. i also went downtown and watched the rich people until they axed me to leave. then i went to the only place downtown where they serf enchiladas and I was happy.

also i think i saw bill gates in a limo and i waved but he didn't wave back. at least here in texas even if you see the govornor you wave and he wave back and say "Hey!" But not in Seattle.

We are 4-4 at home, Playing In GB will be very tough, but we are built to win that type of game.

They may be one of the top teams. But I'll reiterate. We beat them in their house and it wasn't even that close. Without the anomaly plays we would've blown them out. They couldn't stop us and couldn't score.

It was close. We were a 3rd and 20 catch from losing that game.

And Det hasn't won a playoff game since they beat us in the 90's, and they have a habit off falling apart in games.

True. I'm just not buying into Lambeau magic with Aaron Rodgers at the helm in January. The way people talk, they act like his throws can melt ice in the way to Jordy Nelson. We have the better run game, and we were built for those types of games where passing could be ineffective. Rodgers has to play in the same elements as Romo, and Romo is a Wisconsin boy.

Thats why I would rather play them in the div round there.

Speaking of classless, has anyone noticed what Lynch did on his 79 yard TD run? Take a close look at where his right hand is as he crosses the goal line:

Now, Seattle isn't anywhere near the hate level as the Eagles are but the dislike could pick up if they meet in the playoffs.

Yeah, I saw it in real time. He also did it on that big run on the Saints a few years ago. Great RB but a piece of garbage as well.

Soooooo, with all this hatred and dislike, disrespect, and big chesting going on here have we already won our first round playoff game and waiting for SEATTLE?! I mean I'm as happy as anyone here but they are the defending champs getting hot at the same time we are they're getting props because everyone knows what they're capable of while we are still in a prove it stage. Let's at least wait till our team wins a playoff game before we start pissing on everyone's leg claiming dominance!

Naa. We would've just punted and stopped then in 3. They had so many more breaks than our one. And that one was a very skilled scramble followed by a perfect throw from the leagues highest rated passer and a clutch catch.

Good eye . . . totally missed it on the Saints run!!! I went back to look at it in the highlights and saw that he did it, too. There are a lot of bodies but you see him do it before #87 gets there.

I wonder how that's not a taunting penalty?

The way I see it is we need to be clicking on all cylinders to go into Seattle and win. How can we be clicking on all cylinders when Murray has a broken hand? We won't be and if you think the backups can carry the load in a game of that magnitude think again........

The soonest we'll play Seattle again, if both teams make it that far, is about a month from now in the NFC Championship Game. You don't think Murray's hand will be fine by then?

This was also pointed out in news outlets recently. I'm surprised he didn't get a fine from the league. They showed the full run and ending on the NFL Network. I could have sworn Amber Theoharis was blushing.
