It''s like their all working together on how to mess the Cowboys and T.O up. Poor T.O, he hasnt done anything wrong Leave him and the Cowboys Alone. Seriously what's so hard to believe? T.O is injured and if he doesnt feel ready to practice or play in freaking Pre-season game so what End of story.

The sad thing is, some of the local media is doing the same thing. Last night on the local broadcast, they go to Parcells saying he has to see something from the player in order to play him.

Then they cut right to TO saying that if BP wanted to see something, he's got 10 years of film to look at.. They never finished the entire answer by TO, so people that do not keep up with the boys on forums like this, come away with a horrible taste in their mouths.

The media are dying for this to fail, they can't wait. I say, TO should stop talking to the media all together.

It makes me wonder now if everything I read then was true or not, that's what it does.

There was something going on in Philly then, .. friction between players and management, whining, finger pointing, etc.
There is nothing going on in Dallas so they make it up.

I have never seen journalism so poor.

Nobody holds them accountable either.

I watch the PC's on DallasCowboys.com, and then watch what the sports shows say and it is a crime how they stretch, manipulate and twist the truth to push their own agenda.

Listen friend, you don't know what I thought or felt last year, so don't act like you do.

You may want to get your facts straight.

I never felt or said I thought they were doing it because it is the Cowboys, nor do I think that.

I didn't watch or listen to the Iggles PC's last year, or ever, so I didn't have the background knowledge that I have with regard to what is going on here. So when it wasn't directed towards us I was not involved. That's why I wouldn't have been complaining.

Plus, with the Iggles, there was confrontation between the players, the coach, etc. It was common knowledge.

None of that is going on here. He is injured, nothing more, nothing less.

But yet they twist the entire situation and try to make it controversial.

When I want to display my displeasure at the inaccuracies coming from the media I will whether you want to read it or not, so save your wah wah's.

TO = drama.
Press = selling the drama
avg. fan1 = what wasn't personal now is - we must fight for justice where we never thought to before
avg. fan2 = still hates TO and understands all the crap going on now is just part of the overall reasons why they hated him to begin with. some of this will do the "quickdraw" (proclaim self worth over obvious predictions) and do the I TOLD YOU SO and some will sasy "worth a shot" and the rest won't care and will be glad it's over.
avg. fan3 = hopefull TO can and will turn it around and puts faith in BP and/or his "last chance" will keep him in line where it never could before. they're moreso the "worthashot" type also.

in the end w/TO you get:
1) arguably one of the most gifted WR's in our time
2) an arrogant SOB who crybabies his way to what he wants
3) one of the hardest working WR's in the game
4) a media target due to his given talent and knack for wanting to be the bad boy which will only get the media frothing at the mouth to outdo each other to give you the slop we see now (of which i don't deny)
5) a legitimate threat on the field at all times
6) someone who like it or not has a habit of poo'ing on teams and again, due to his talents both on the field at out of the mouth, he is the media darling for a story and all we will hear about regardless of which team hs's on. being on america's team *does* kick it up a notch.

none of this can be seperated. whining about the media as if it will help i just don't get. to me it only adds fuel to the fire so to speak and if you really want them to tone it down, quit taking the bait.

yet daily we hear how unfair the media is and fans from all sides whine about it.

sorry, when we took TO onto the team, we took the good and the bad. expecting the world to change cause it effects us now is just a tad unrealistic.
