Look how long ago that was. Lovie has been in the NFL for quite some time before he was chosen.He was able to learn how to coach in NFL for awhile before he was given the chance to lead a team.

Yeah Jimmy was like finding a needle in a hay stack.There is no other college coach recently that has been able to do what he acomplished.Barry doesn't count that was Jimmy's team.

I am not against bringing in some young college coachs on the staff,, just not as HC. I would go for someone like Rivera or R. Ryan as HC, but I might go to college for an DC.. some one like Will Muschamps from AU. OC I think will need someone more experienced, someone like a Norv Turner, someone that won't need much direction, since the HC will be a defensive guy.
