I kinda agree but then think of Sean McVay who was younger than Moore is now when he became a HC in the NFL.. That seems to have worked out.. so I don't think it is that big of an issue anymore.. Someone will take that shot on him for sure.

I don’t believe it’s age related. McVay is a hyper and loud dude. Lane Kiffin was definitely a guy who had no problems getting in a player’s face when he was the raiders coach. It’s temperament and personality. Does Kellen Moore look like the kind of guy who’d get into verbal altercations with reporters when his team is in a bad way, or does he look like the kind of guy who’d sulk and say he needs to do a better job?

Which one sounds like Belichick? Which one sounds like Parcells? Which one sounds like Jimmy Johnson? Which one sounds like Tom Coughlin?

Now which one sounds like Jason Garrett? Dave Campo? Wade Phillips?

Well I have never hung out with or been in a room with Moore when he was talking with the players so I don't know which one he will be like. But There is more than one way to skin a cat. You don't need to be Parcells or Jimmy J to be a good coach, look at Tony Dungy or Dick Vermeil Or even Mike McCarthy..

I was one that was not sold on KM at all however he has definitely stepped up this year......so far

His redzone play calling is still atrocious garbage.
His ToP still needs improvement although I think were in the top 5 I heard this year

Just hope he sticks with a balance game plan as this is the key to the Cowboys success. Having Dak throw 40/50 times a game is crazy and we usually don't win.
Hope he sticks with the new running scheme and not regress till the old ways.
Stick with these two key things and we have one of the best offenses in football hands down. Just work on that redzone!

So much better then Garretts boring play book from the 90s, slow developing plays, and or routes 1 yard shy of first downs all the time
