It was a text book play by Brookings. If you want teach a young man how to tackle that is a good clip to show. He keeps his head up through the tackle. As a high school coach once told me you can't hit what you can't see so keep your damn head up!! :laugh2:

I can tell you right now. There's one person that will never adopt Keith Brooking's attitude. I'll give you a hint. He sucks and also happens to hold two coaching titles on the team.

We need to find guys like him in the draft. Guy who play with emotion on game day. Brandon Spikes would be perfect here. Plays with a "hate to lose attitude". We only have a couple like it.

I think the fact that we don't have more like him, and haven't in the recent past, is the reason we lose close games and the reason we aren't consistent.

More than lack of talent or lack of coaching, I think we lack "attitude" & heart.

Didn't Wade coach him when he was DC in Atlanta? I'm sure that played a part in him landing in Dallas. Brooking apparently liked him enough to want to play for him again within his defensive scheme.
