I just had a dream we drafted...

I just woke up from a nap and I had a dream about the NFL Draft. It seemed so real.

What's funny, is that I've been saying no way do we take a DB at 18, but in my dream we did. If it fell the way I dreamed about, it would be nice.

I dreamed that we took:

1. Jimmy Williams, FS - Va. Tech.
2. Bobby Carpenter, LB - Ohio State University

We actually traded up to the 6th pick in the second round and used Oakland's pick to take Carpenter.

I'm not sure what we traded to move up to the 6th pick in the second round...

Anyway, I guess that I'd be pretty happy to get a potential all pro at FS and one at LB with the first two picks. Regardless of what happened the rest of the draft... I'd be thrilled with the 2006 draft if it actually fell this way.

I'm not sure why I'm telling you guys this... I suppose its because I never have dreams like this and if it acutally happens... I want proof that I dreamed it. :laugh2:

Thanks but unfortunately, w/ Huff & Wimberly blowing-up their workouts, it's unlikely it'll come true now. Oh well.....
