I tried to tell this to members who wanted him gone. Now that he is, I am sorry to say I told you so.

If Romo doesnt bobble that snap he woulda stayed. I'm not saying we would be better off. I miss his press conferences. He was funny.

I think it had more to do with T.O.. Of course no major decision like resigning is based on one singular issue. But if I had to put money on it, I'd say T.O. was the biggest thorn in his side.

I prefer him over Phillips any day.

And I prefer Parcells press conferences, over Phillips's PC's, any day. I cant even stay awake when Phillips is speaking.

Phillips is always feeding everyone BS. Thats why.

But he isn't the reason we are losing.

We lose because the players find the most off the wall ways ever to lose.

We lost because of injuries. Pretty simple. Also an Offensive Coordinator who cannot adjust for those injuries.

Parcells no longer has the heart and drive to be a head coach. If he did he would be the coach in Miami.

Obviously there will be comparisons to Wade. No, one thinks Wade is good enough to get Dallas a championship. Well, Parcells can't, either. At least not at this point in his career. He is still good in the GM type role, but he is not the same coach he used to be.

I don't get the Parcells love. Yes, he helped right the ship, but it was time for him to move on. The Cowboys had plateaued under him.

Wade's D is much better than Parcells. The O is just as good, if not better. The ST still sucks, but now that DeCamillis is here, it should be better.

Parcells is not a Cowboy, never was. He was an unabashed Jersey guy. He would always be a Giant. His greatest successes were there. All the praise and adulation by Dallas fans is a bit revolting.

I liked parcells but we weren't gonna accomplish anything with his simple and predictable defense. ironic that is now our problem on offense.

No.

He turned my team into a respectable team again.

Ill always be grateful for what he did considering the hole that Jerry put us in talent wise.

Hes even made Jerry a halfway decent GM.

And... On top of everything else he did. He left us with a Quarterback.

Excuse me while I upchuck. :D The Tuna lucked into Romo. Payton recruited him and Lee helped develop him. But it was Romo who worked his arse off to become the player he is, his idolatry of Parcells was helpful I admit, but to credit Parcells w/waving his magic wand and conjuring up Romo is pure fantasy.

Why can't we just shake his hand and say thanks? All the kowtowing and nostalgia for this guy is sickening. Seriously. I have loved the Cowboys for almost 34 years but I will never accept Parcells as one of the Cowboy greats.

He won NOTHING.
