I wasn't a big fan of Zeke, well any RB at that pick, but I'm warming up to it. The lack of fumbles and I also read he didn't give up a sack in 2015 is pretty impressive. TO differential and pass protection(contributing to improved pass rating -> differential) are both strong correlators to winning. Combined with his actual production at the position, it's a very intriguing pick.
I love Jaylon Smith, he reminds me of Patrick Willis who was awesome. Did they say they saw him at MLB? I'd put Lee at MLB and Jaylon at Will but I'll assume Marinelli is probably a better coordinator than me.
I knew of Collins before the draft and liked him a lot but he wasn't brought in so I didn't think we were that serious about him. He's born to play 3 tech in this scheme. He's just weak at the POA, but the dude just turned 21 a few weeks ago. He'll get stronger. He's like a bigger version of Geno Atkins coming out.
Charles Tapper is raw. His arm length is crazy. Its going to be interesting to watch him develop. They had him playing some weird frog position at OU where he had both hands on the ground. Not sure what's up with that. Like someone else said, best sparq score among DE or DL or something. I think he can be like a Michael Bennett for us.
I think most of us saw the Dak pick coming. Smart, intangibles. If you're getting a project you might as well pick a good one. He has potential at least.
I have no idea who they're picking in the 6th. I'm going to guess some big CB or safety that didn't have any production. WR will probably be one. Maybe that Deon King guy.
