I love our blue jerseys

If the Cowboys ever wanted to tinker with tradition, now's the time.

I would embrace the switch. I like the blues, especially if they trade white lettering for silver.

That would be waay too raiderish. The white contrast letters helps those jerseys a lot.

Funny thing is that I've always kinda been put off by the blues, but it's always been in opposing stadiums. The stadium blue backdrop actually made them look so good I had to marvel at how awesome it looked. But I really liked the white numbers with it.

Back in the glory days of the 90s, the lettering on the blue jerseys was silver. The white lettering pops more, though.

When I first considered the silver lettering, I had the same concern you did: Wouldn't it look Raider-ish?

However, when I think back to the 1990s, I don't ever remember thinking, "Raiders!". Watching the video above, I see why. It's a different typeface and the numbers are outlined in white.

I'm just afraid to set a precedent by changing things. Next thing you know our uniforms are hideous like the Jags. Slippery slope theory and all that.

I'm a traditionalist, but I wouldn't mind changing to blue jerseys at home AT ALL. We wear the white jersey in virtually every road game, so we would still see plenty of it.

for you traditionalists, and I am one too..............remember it is a natural tradition that things change, we progress, we evolve.

I am ok with changing the uniforms, but only minor details. I love the blue jerseys, just give me back the silver numbers. I love the throwbacks with the white helmets. I want the white jerseys patterned more like the blue jerseys. I want silver pants with the blue and white stripes down the side and the player number on the hip. I want to use a silver jersey (reverse of the blue jersey) for preseason games.

I have triplet jerseys, 2 white (aikman, Irvin) and the blue emmitt....I hardly ever wear the white ones....just sayin'

I like them too. Much more than the whites. Mainly because of the star on the sleeve, as I've mentioned before.

I like the blue, especially when we win. We should use the blue jerseys for home games outside the division, and keep the traditional white for the division games. If that's too much of a change, just wear blue for the two home games against AFC opponents.

Blue jersey advocate checking in... I think we should get a petition going to ask the Cowboys to permanently make blue their home jerseys.

Yup! Never been a big fan of the whites but I have always love the "Blues" and the "Throwbacks"
