The bottom line for me is that Felix HAS to get into the game MUCH more than he did last year when he was healthy. He's too explosive to keep sitting there on the bench.

Just give Barber 12-15 carries, Felix 10-12 carries a game and Choice 4-8.

Felix has never showed in college or the pros he can handle 15-20 carries a game.

If one gets hot, ride the hot hand.

12-15 would cut down on Barbers carries, and Choice would be getting a lot more than he was last year too.

Brandon Jacobs got 219 carries (13.6 carries per game)
Derrick Ward 182 carries (11.37 carries per game)
Ahmad Bradshaw 67 carries (4 carries per game)

Although I'd probably like to see it like this

Felix Jones - 13 carries per game
Marion Barber - 10 carries per game
Tashard Choice - 7 carries per game

Run the ball between at least 30 times per game.

What we did was actually run 25 times per game.

Felix Jones even being injured no excuse for them giving him the ball what amounts to less than 2 times per game.

Choice got it 5.75 times per game.

Barber got it 14.8 times per game.

28 of our run plays still came from Romo, subtract that...

23.3 rushes per game... barely getting over 20... when we should be closer to 30.

Felix needs to start because he provides that home run threat on every down. Establish him in the passing game and teams start to fear it, and back down.

Would like to see a lot of dual running back downs, where maybe Jones spreads wide.

I have always liked Barber, but I felt paying him starter money was a mistake. He is a finisher...

Start Barber, and give him a series or two. Put in Choice til around the end of the 3rd quarter. Replace with Barber. Sprinkle Felix in throughtout the game.

I want Choice in a bunch, because he's a leader, and we need to have him engaged in the game.

Of course, any injury makes this a moot point. Having three good guys allows you to go on with one down.

I'd really like to see Felix get us rolling and then let Barber come in and close while sprinkling some Choice in as well. That would really help out our offense a great deal.

Felix Jones needs to assume the role that Julius Jones had in 2007. Why people are claiming he's injury prone is beyond me. There is no reason why he couldn't start.
