I was more than impressed than seeing the 1st team offense do their job last night. I just expected a very vanila offense since we play them during the season and they still moved the ball great. The playcalling was superb. Props to Garrett for a well balanced attack. Felix was used perfectly. Would of like to see him go in motion in the slot but oh well..that's for next time! Marty B just looks special. Nuff saif. Poor little Chris Johnson..

Romo's playing through his progressions and I'm so happy to see that. Our RB's will do damage in the NFL and we have more than enough firepower to make the playaction work if they want to stack 8 in the box. Hurd looked like a man possessed. We gotta find a way to get him on the field. Even if it means sacrifing Craytons PT

I hate our 2nd string O-line. Cut them all. It was embarrassing. 2nd string Raiders D-line?? wow...

We need Roscoe Parrish and pick up 3 olineman off waivers and I'll be printing out my Dallas Cowboys Superbowl tickets ASAP!

One more mention of Roscoe Parrish...

I would like to have a guy from DA U on the roster, but no.

When Felix went in it changed the entire dynamics of the offense. When Barber was in we were a slower pounding pace and when Felix was in things seemed quicker and more upbeat. Between Barber, Felix and Choice it almost seemed like an entirely different offense when one was on the field instead of the other. I think it's great that we have backs that are able to change the pace of the offense just by being subbed in. I'm excited about the triple attack that our runningbacks give us this year.

He's not worth giving up the 4th round pick or so. We don't have a 5th and I can't imagine they'd take a 6th or 7th and we have no backups we could part with that anyone should be interested in.

I wouldn't give a 4th either. You'd be surprised. They have a loaded WR young core. McKelvin returns punts and they have Reed,Hardy and Evans. Not to mention TO.

He could be had for a 6th.

I initially hated the OL. But after watching the game again, I think they played well. Our offense played really well in the second quarter. We were moving the ball well on Kitna's second drive. The last drive of the half, we held the ball for almost six minutes.

I think the poor showing in the second half was due mainly to having McGee at QB (I like him but he has a long way to go), Lattimore at RB (he didn't play too poorly), and Stanback/Ogletree/Johnson at WR.

We really had a strange set up for a preseason game. Our third/fourth WRs and our third RB didn't play past the second quarter.

I'm REALLY hoping our first team defense and offense plays a full 2 quarters next game. I want to see some more chemistry. Screw the Stanbacks and Proctors of the world. I know what they can do and that's nothing!

It's because we have so many players at the specialty positions. We've got to see the players at the bottom of the barrel to find out if they're worth keeping. Think about it. RW11, Crayton, Hurd, Austin are locks. Barber, Felix, and Choice are locks.

Yeah....I would too. We'll probably see a full half in two weeks vs the Niners.

Brady said part of the reason for his knee injury was he didn't play enough in the preseason to get a feel for the pass rush.

It was a disappointing beginning for the rooks. But we can't write them off. I want to see them quite a bit this next game. I want to see how guys like Mickens react.

True.....I also think injuries played a key role in how our defense looked. We started the game with our third CB and third Safety (starting at CB). That created a bit of a chain reaction for the rest of the rotation.

Good look at a lot of rookies.

Id make the Titan game the dress rehearsal. Theyre so well coached and tough on both lines. It would be a nice learning experience.
Probably wont happen, but it would be more helpful

I always give the rooks a break. Mickens and Hamlin struggled but I'm giving them a pass. It's tough to transition right away. If they still struggle week 4 then you keep an eye on it.

The third preseason game is usually the game where the starters play about 3 quarters. I want to see the starters up against a very solid Titans D for 2 quarters and see how they fair.
