Jerry has proven himself as a GM this year and is part of the reason why we won three superbowls in the 90s. I’m old enough to remember Jimmy Johnson and know the history between the two, but sometimes I wonder if we’re too harsh on Jerry. He’s made mistakes but winning championships are hard and we’ve won more than 95% of the league.

Thank you Jerry.

I'm sorry you feel that way. 30 year calendar.

Things are trending in the right direction, but at 6-5-1 he has accomplished nothing yet. This off season Jerry has an opportunity to make up for lost time.

There is only one reason I would miss Jerry when he dies

And that is if his kids are worse, thats literally it

Be very careful about defending Jerry Jones. JerryJones deserves the Rotten apples thrown at him for the last 30 years. This year is this year. Every move he's made from Shotty to Micah has been met with ridicule. Now not so much. I think it's a habit and some of it understandably

How much we miss Jerry is dependent on who is hired after him.

i mean everything about your post and sentiment is off, but the biggest gaff is thinking jerry will ever retire.
It is an example of why I began saying some people see Jerry Jones as their kindly grandfather or uncle. Someone who *fits* into their sense of normalcy.

There is nothing normal about someone keeping an iron fist on a self-appointed position for decades. Likewise, it is abnormal in the business world for ownership, board of directors, etc., not to upgrade a key manager position for a year, month, week, day or even a few hours over the course of thirty freaking years.

Some folks will miss P.T. Barnum. He could make off like Houdini in my opinion. *POOF!* Gone.
