We are stocked and I think the Cowboys have atleast 7 key players out the door in 2 years.
Through Cap or free agency
Amari Cooper
Connor Williams
Leighton Vander Esch
Jaylen Smith
Blake Jarwin
Antuan Woods
Anthony Brown

2 teams could use them

1- Commanders- not a chance

2- Titans

How about we propose to the Titans, they're whole draft in 2022 ? All 7 draft picks.

Look at their roster. They need the help and I rather get picks then letting these players walk.
Independent of whether or not these players actually make the Titans better enough to sacrifice an entire draft (which, lol, would never happen) do the Titans not have a salary cap in this world?

Titans roster. If AJ Brown goes down with a injury they have no one at WR

Rodger Saffold will be 33 when the season starts at LG their backups suck

Janoris Jenkins is better suited as a nickel

Daylon Mack is the starting NT by default via free agency defection right before the draft.

Anthony Firsker is their starting TE

Who is better LVE or Jayron Brown

Who is better Jaylen Smith vs Harold Landry?

I would offer the deal. Otherwise they have a terrible year and
GM and coaching staff on the hot seat.

We get extra picks and leverage to move up for top players like DE from Oregon.

I would have tried to move CWill for a pick last year, but since he is a FA after this year, I dont see how we get much more than we will from the comp pick. 6th probably.

The OP proposal aside, it may be nice to see if guys that aren't likely to be here in 2022 can be moved for picks.

Not Cooper though. There's a time and place to either renegotiate w him or cut bait, and we aren't there yet.

Cooper is not going anywhere
The rest are untraceable

The only tradeable commodity is Gallup and we have a log jam at WR
If Titans give me their 2 next year I’ll give them Gallup

I actually wouldn't be surprised to see us make a trade for a starting safety. Gallup for a starter, straight-up.

Why isnt Cooper going anywhere? He will be making 22 million the next couple of years. Thats a lot of money for a WR. Now if they let Gallup walk, he probably isnt.

No
Jonnu Smith
Adore Jackson
Austin Johnson

Coopers contract was designed so as they could walk away from it after 2 seasons. They chose not to restructure his contract instead opting for 3 rapidly aging players 2 of which spent last season on IR. I wouldn’t be surprised if they traded him in the offseason, used part of the savings to resign Gallup and the pick on another WR. Also, assuming they make it through camp w/out any major injuries I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if they traded LVE to someone with position issues!
