I respect Philly for one reason!

Yeah, okay....you admit you're rooting against Jones.....lol. I hope we lose by 50, too....just to see the look on Jerry's face.
Now, I'm rooting against Jones too.

Is this a temporary or permanent crash out?

That's kind of like rooting for Custer if he was your commanding officer and yet you knew he was a idiot ;)

Jerry succeeds in helping the NFL make more money. Jerry does nothing for building super bowl champions only lucking into Jimmy when he bought the team.
If Custers demise was gonna take me and my comrades down with him, Damn Right I'm rooting for him...aren't you....

You're attacking me and backing them...do whatever you want, dude. I can't say what I really think, or another mighty mouses would bench me
This is the second time I have read this 'mighty mouses' reference. Care to elaborate?

He didn't luck into Jimmy, he paid him a lot of money and gave him everything and every player he wanted. Salary cap put an end to that. That's why Jimmy's college style no longer worked in the NFL...he realized that at Miami and retired....he said it before, and hes right. Je did the right thing. Retire, while you're still a legend.

I've used it many times....It refers to others thay fly in to defend those that convey their thoughts. They fly in, to save the day....running coogs, i mean running joke, around some threads

While I am sure a handful of people want Jerry to fail because they simply don't like him anymore, the vast majority of critical fans don't want him to fail. They are simply acknowledging that he has failed is continuing to fail. That's a very distinct difference.

I hope Jerry wins the next 4 SBs. But I am not blind to the very reality that it is extremely unlikely and that for the nearly past 3 decades, he's simply failed at his mission as GM to deliver championships. They have one of the worst postseason records over that same period.

And there is no shame in admitting he has failed. Doesn't mean he can't get lucky or he can have an epiphany and change how he operates, but the very honest view at this point is Jerry has failed and is too stubborn and arrogant to admit that he's the issue.

What, exactly, happened to cause receivers to drop passes? It's a mental thing. It's an individual expectation thing. It's execution. Everyone's got excuses when they lose....
Agreed. Hence why not playing the 1st stringers during preseason is a huge mistake.

Well said. It's a weird situation. I want them to be successful, everyone have fun and have a happy board. But starting more around Garrett time you saw the priority was different. It wasn't as much about winning but making money. The guy wants to have headlines, just not football ones. It is also hard to see his dufus son throw up some air quotes about the "drought" and be so dismissive. It's almost like we are on different teams. Hard to root for them but you try and separate it and hope the blind squirrel finds the nut.

They win the tough games, they are tough minded they don't fold up and lose to teams they shouldn't. Have they lost games in the past yes of course. They're just built differently when you compare their mental toughness vs ours. They're gritty , we're innocent we like to be hopeful and help other teams players look amazing against us.

I hate Philly will always hate Philly, I get on social media and bash them to my eagle friends weekly, it's comical!! I just wish we had the IT factor they have, we're lacking it severely. No NFC East has won the division in back to back years in a long time, I think that record gets broken this year!

You can bash me all you want it's facts, just don't take my Cowboys card away!!
I always knew deep down you were an Eagles fan!
