I don't know if our only problem is coaching.

We have been tanking in November and December for quite a while.

A Hall of Fame Coach couldn't even win in Dallas and even stated that this was the dumbest team he had ever coached.

I don't know what the solution is.

I think the guy below would go a long way in solving our problems. I stated this last Offseason as well.

This team doens't lack disciplne, it lacks good play-calling. Look what the D has done under Wade.

I don't want Norv near this team. He's quite a bit overrated as an OC in these parts.

I'm sorry, he made Alex Smith look good one year.

Well, a lot of people hate to admit it, but the only thing that has been a constant with this team for those 12 years is Jerry the GM.

And a side note, I would absolutely hate to see Ray lewis in a Cowboys uniform, that would be the worst.

I love Jerry Jones, best owner in pro sports, but maybe he needs to step down as GM.

I was lambasted for this but look at the Offenses we have played since the Defense caught fire.

Seattle, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and a Giants team without Plexico Burress, Brandon Jacobs and a huge distraction.

These are very mediocre offenses.

Im a big Jerry Jones defender, but it is getting harder and harder to defend him.

Not so much about his personnell decisions but I fear maybe the players have a "red phone" that they can use to call him when they don't like what the coaching staff is saying.

Don't know.

Our failure has been in coaching the past 5 years. Parcells ran a boring predictable offense, and an even worse defense and Garret does the same thing. Talent has never been an issue since Romo proved he could play.

True. He also made Phillip Rivers look good this year. I don't know. I kind of want some new blood in here and not someone from that particular offensive tree.

While I have defended Red, I have admit that something happened on the field tonight when Romo lead the team to those 17 points late in the game. We saw the Romo of last year on those drives and I have to wonder if Romo took the play calling into his own hands and ignored Red.

Like I said, this team succeeds in hurry-up when coaching is less of a factor and also when this team free-lances...

Doesn't it seem strange that the play as designed barely ever works, but the moment where we go away from design and more to just natural ability, we do much better?

That's a coaching problem. The talent is there.

And people thought Jason Garrett was a good OC...

Notice what happened when Wade took over the defense. Brian Stewart had our defense looking pathetic. Wade takes over and our defense makes strides

I wouldn't be opposed to Norv here as an OC. I also am firmly on the bandwagon for getting Ray Lewis.
