Call me crazy, drinking kool-aid, rose colored glasses what ever it is some of you like to say.

I think we beat both Washington and Philly. We haven't lost in the division and that continues to close out the season.

I also say we get Saints at home and get our revenge in wild card round.

We go to Carolina or Seattle and don't think we win against either team but I will always cheer for a win, and anything can happen in the playoffs.

Another positive thread? Again, the biggest game of the season is Sunday.
We are supposed to be upset about our team. Talking about how we don't have any chance.
This is ridiculous.

you get it that if we play two playoff games, then Garrett will CERTAINLY be back next year, right?

I still want the playoffs and a 2nd round match-up against Carolina (not Seattle) as a best case scenario....no game is a certainty for any team and Carolina is as playoff-tested as the Cowboys roster is...anything can happen

* Geez, then we hope for San Fran to win their play-off game as the other WC, go in to Seattle and knock them off

SF @ Dallas to go to the SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!

(I think I just hurt myself)

I can live with this. Right there with you.

What I'd like to see the next two weeks are some takeaways. Those give us a chance against most teams if our offense is playing well. We've done a great job of that this season, but the last two weeks things have been rough in that department--not that we haven't been in positions to get them, either. We need to haul them in, and we need to continue to play well on offense. I'm not sure yet how we win a home playoff game, but if we get past the Sk*ns and the Eagles somehow, prospects will look better at that point.

Plus, our HC will have saved his job for another season, so that will make everybody really happy.

If the OP is drinking kool aid, I'd like a glass. Goodness knows, I could use some.

Puff puff pass? I could use some of that apparently because that's a serious long shot here in reality

I love the optimism. What I would like to see is the team embracing football fundamentals for all four quarters each game to make that dream a reality.

I think Dana Scully said it best when she said, "I want to believe."

After the first drive against Chicago, I was inclined to think we could get the 3 seed in the playoffs, now, I'm just hoping to make it there. If we do make it there, I could maybe see us winning if we have a few guys healthy and play like we did in week 3.

Our defense is terrible no matter where we play. It would surely cure what ails Brees.

But I don't think we will have to worry about finding out.

Drew would be foaming at the mouth to set another first down record against our defense.

I see 8-8. We can't beat any team with a winning record.

It's kind of ironic. We beat the Eagles early in the season when they were at .500. They will be above .500 when we face them next week, regardless of the outcome of their game with Chicago tomorrow. So the team we beat handedly before will have a win/loss advantage that we have not successfully overcome this season.

Why do you want the coach fired? Wouldn't it be better to win and establish stability and an identity? Winning cures all and if Garrett had post season success would that not be enough? Would that not be good enough for the fans to have success in the playoffs.

I cheer for wins every game. If Jerry feels we need another coach then he makes that decision not us. He is the coach and going and praying for loses is not what fans do
