I think Simi had better off-season than TJ Vasher

No more time to reinvent a player, let Simi find his own role.
We could have this really big athletic outside package in the redzone with both of them.

You're not wrong, you're just being told you are wrong. That remains to be seen, so don't be so quick to concede.

Is the off-season over already? Great, being on the games.

Hold on a minute bro. Think about it.

Simi Fehoko is 6'4", 220 lbs and ran a 4.37 40 yd dash. He's got a big bone structure on him thanks to his Polynesian genealogy background, so he has the physical structure to get more muscular and stronger without it affecting his physical abilities. Just imagine if he's made to add 20-25 pounds of muscle while being able to maintain his speed, he could really become a very good TE who could dominate against LBs or smaller DBs in coverage and even block better for us. Wouldn't you prefer that than just seeing him waste every year standing on the sidelines as a 5th or 6th WR who might never be able to contribute as a WR?

Three receivers ahead of them break legs is the only way they make the team.

What exactly did Simi do? Heck what has he done at all since he was here?
I’m hoping for the best with him and would love to see a year 2 jump, but I just don’t see it happening.

Are you a bot? Is this site paying you to add content? You have to be because there is no substance to this post. So many of your threads say some outlandish opinion with nothing to backup your opinion.

How do they know any player, except Watson, had a good or bad off season until the real season begins?

It's not just Texas Tech people. Todd Archer at ESPN wrote the following, and also quoted Mike McCarthy ...

Signed as an undrafted free agent last year, Vasher did not practice because of a knee injury, but he has used this offseason to get himself into the receiver conversation. With Michael Gallup working through knee rehab and CeeDee Lamb, James Washington and Noah Brown missing time with minor injuries, Vasher got a lot of work in the OTAs and minicamp. “He’s made some really big-time flash plays, splash plays,” coach Mike McCarthy said. “He’s had some really, particularly in the red zone, which you can see his ability down there. Big plays in scramble drills and things like that. I just think like any young player, particularly in his development, it’s getting the details of the everyday situations.” — Todd Archer

That comment could just as easily apply to Simi. Both are on the outside hoping to fight their way in.

Neither has accomplished squat so far this year. Let training camp and preseason pass, before we start elevating players.

The Tech fans that have posted bashed Vasher...

You have no clue what has happened in the off-season but that's nothing new...
