It was me who said just as a GM, I don't know if I want him gone just yet, but he better start winning and pull his head out of his azz.

BP has done a great job of bringing in talent here. But he has done a terrible job of coaching and game planning. The game has passed Parcells by. His kind of football does not work in todays NFL. Parcells does not know how to play to win. He only plays not to lose.

I would love for him to be moved up to GM of the Cowboys. He would do a great job of getting the right people under him to bring the best of talent here.

BP would make a much better GM now then a coach.

As I said in the other thread, I agree. I had the same qualms last year, but gave him the benefit of the doubt coming into this year because of a very good draft and a couple of FA signings that I liked.

He's still making the same stupid decisions on gameday that soured me on him last year though.

I'd like to bring in someone that has a vested interest in our future, not just an interest in what happens in the next 2 years like Parcells.

What I meant was, to try and gameplan different and let Drew loose, I'm not saying fire him, not yet anyway, I'll wait and see until about the last 5 games of the season.
