I want to play TB or the Giants

The way I understand it is that if Washington beats Seattle, today, the skins would come here next Sunday. That gives them one extra day to prepare for us. One day is no biggie i guess but still...

If Seattle wins we will play the winner of TB/NY. I would prefer to play the Giants because we know them better and would be able to put something together from past experience but would take TB. Either way, they would both have to travel.

So this week I am rooting for Seattle for that reason (and the fact I can't stand the skins) and the Gints.

Don't know if it matters much in the long run but that's my rooting philosophy for this week end.

If the Cowboys are REALLY for real, then it does not matter who they play. A champion caliber team should be able to beat anyone anytime, that is, if they are champion caliber.

If a team has to rely on another team winning or losing then they are not really a good team. So, I could care less who the Cowboys play...just show me the money, or go home.

I guess that's why I said in the post that it didn't matter much, but laid out who and why I was rooting for certain teams. Again, in the end, I doubt it really matters who wins or not, if we are clicking on all 8 cylinders we should beat them all.

Honestly, I don't care who we play, BUT I am definitely going for Seattle this weekend.

I'm tired of all the Commander fans hangin around here. I'm sure they will go away if they lose. And if they don't, well at least their team lost.

I really want Dallas to play a non-NFC East opponent, but chances are slim. You have to figure that either Washington or New York will win. I'll be pulling hard for the Seahawks tonight, but with heavy rain and 40mph winds, I doubt the Seattle passing game will get off the ground. Also, Hasselbeck's wrist is hurting.

I would love to see the Bucs come to Dallas myself, but like you said ,the odds of that happining are slim.

To me it doesn't matter who we play. Something tells me whoever comes to our house is going to suffer a beat down. We will be ready to turn the dogs loose by then.

No matter which of the three come to Texas Stadium next weekend, Dallas is gonna kick tail. I don't give a rat's rear end about that pre-season game in Washington last weekend, the Cowboys will take care of business now that the games count. Bank on it!;)

And the Skins would have some 10 hours of jet lag rolling over from the Hawks. And you forgot to mention that She-Li(err...Eli) DOES show up when he plays the Boys.

And if Owens DOESN'T play, the Tampa 2 D will really give us alot of fits.

Honestly-it doesn't matter to me. We haven't won a playoff game in 10 years. Regardless of the opponent, if we go one and done yet again, there's going to be a meltdown in the organization, the DFW area, AND these boards of astronomical proportions.

I got the same feeling. I feel we get our first playoff win via beatdown. Its the 2nd playoff game I am concerned about.

Where will our heads be?
