I don't care for TO. That said I could live with him coming back because Romo has a good chemistry with him. I could live with Parcells coming back too, but I'd want more aggression in the offensive and defensive game plans.

Not on offense but its horrible on Defense.

the offense has its issues too...mainly is an inability to run block consistently enough for us to establish and run the football well

with the way teams have to play our WR's & TE's, we should have a much easier time running the ball thatn we do, especially when we play poor run defense teams (like Indy, New Olreans, Philyl and Detroit)

Oh we have flaws but the game plan is good and it has produced big this year.

Our running game has produced pretty big this year.

Over 1700 yards rushing and a RB who is 2nd in the league in TD's.

The running game will work if we dont have to play catch up all day. Thats proven.

Last 4 games is when it has started struggling and whats the common factor in all 4 games? Defense gets us in a hole.

Not only that but T.O. will be taking a pay cut next year from 10mil to 8mil, he WILL be evil again, worse than this year, the guy won't change especially taking a pay cut. Dump him while we can still salvage our young quarterback.

Most thought TO would be on his best behavior in his first year. Even then, there were multiple distractions, although I don't think they outweigh his contribution on the field.

But come year two, I think it'll get worse. Year two with a new HC, especially a younger HC, I think it could get ugly.

If BP comes back then I would take my chances with TO. If we get a new HC, then I want TO gone.

Of course it does. Our whole offensive game plan as a unit helps each other.

When we can run the ball we are pretty much unstopable on offense.

If the Defense can get off the field on 3rd downs tonight and not get us in an early hole they wont be able to stop our offense.
