I think our season is summed up in the comments from Ray Lewis and John Harbaugh before our game with the Ravens.

They KNEW they could shut down our offense before we ever took the field. And they didn't say it was because we don't have great players, or because Romo is a choker, or Roy Williams is a doofus. It was because it was so simple. They knew what was coming - and all our division opponents do, too. That's the reason for these poor late season showings at places like Philly and Washington every season.

It's embarassing.

Was that a facade, or did we lose a couple games this year that we should've won (Rams, Cardinals, first Giants game). We easily could've been 11-5 or 12-4, or even 13-3 if a couple games went our way.

I don't think any rational observer of the league would conclude that this team is a 9-7 team (even though we've finished 3 of the last 4 years 9-7!)

This is very much a 9-7 team, face it, we aren't as good as we thought we were. It's not a crime to be overrated, The Cowboys were simply overrated.

Other teams know not to utter such arrogance. Other teams know how difficult it is to win in this league. Other teams concentrate on details and focus on winning instead of underestimating their opponents.

This team is in SERIOUS trouble if it doesn't get a leader in here who can change the culture of this team.
