I will take the win but it means nothing if they can't get a split of these next 4

When has the last wildcard ever been wrapped up before december?
That's not what my comment was about. The way your worded your statement appeared like we were playing 20 games. We can't be 5-5 with 10 games left. I realize you're talking about the fact that we now have 10 left, but we won't have 10 left if we're sitting at 5-5.

They very well "could" be, but I don't want to count on it. Besides, I have not given up on winning the division. Philly is playing well, but they're not a more talented team than the Cowboys, particularly on offense. We've had some bad luck, poor coaching decisions, and some injuries that have us sitting at 3-3 when we could easily be 5-1. We are what we are, but we can still win the division. Hell we still have four against the Skins and Eagles.

If the Cowboys are going to win the division, they need to go 3-1 on the next 4, with a win over the Eagles being one of the 3 wins.

KC and Atlanta appear more beatable than they did a few weeks ago.

Washington is always a cap shoot. Cousins throws a decent deep ball and that is our Achilles Heal.

I feel like we match up well with Philadelphia.

2-2 and we're still alive for a Wildcard in this wide open NFC.

If washington wins tonight then that game next week becomes that much bigger

My mind wont allow me to think of winning the division until the eagles lose 2 in a row or we win two in a row

He certainly is going to get suspended at some point. Alnd in all likelihood it will be after next week. This case will not be thrown out.

All these prognostications will be a moot point without him. Let’s wait and see what happens.

Im starting to think he plays all 16.

The NFL wouldn't be willing to negotiate and the judges keep ruling in the NFLPA's favor.

I feel the opposite. They have a front seven that can control the line of scrimmage, and frankly, has given our OL problems in the past. Given we probably still have some issues stopping the run, the Eagles new ground game might give us some problems.

I think we match up with the Skins better even with Cousins' ability to throw deep. The Skins aren't a great running team either which should help our D.

Not saying we cant beat Philly just saying I think people underestimate how much more of a complete team they are compared to previous versions.

2-2 puts you at 5-5, forcing you to go 4-2 down the stretch to have any real playoff shot.

We really need to go 3-1

Exactly. Which is why the season's over. There's a faint flicker of hope of backdooring into a wild card berth.

You're not going to compete with Wentz. Let's be real here.

So we good either way tonight

Beating up on a 0-6 team doesn't impress me at all when the defense have not shown they can stop a team with a good offense all season. So going 2-2 in the next 4 means they have a real shot at a wildcard in the NFC and that would be more impressive. It would be impressive because it would mean the defense was able to stop Cousins, Alex Smith, Matt Ryan or Carson wentz led offenses.

LOL

Glad to hear you'll "take the win". Such a relief.

Sounds like you really enjoyed the game.

End sarcasm.

I think we have no shot. However I hope they prove me wrong. I really hope im wrong. I just have no faith in this team the way it is. I hate this defense. Hate it. We get exposed aganist any decent team. We have beat very very bad teams so far. Does not mean we cant beat a good team. Im sure we will beat a good team. The question is can we do it on a consistent basis where we can earn a playoff birth. That remains to be seen. I love this team with all of my heart but im sorry I have no faith rhat will make the playoffs. Like i said, ill be so so happy if they prove me wrong
