I wanted to see TO sreaming at McNabb on the sidelines while McNabb was choking on another NFC Championship game. I'm actually pissed that he got hurt. Hopefully we'll be good enough next year to not need an injury to have any hope of beating the Eagles.

I wish he wasn't hurt either, I hired him to valet cars at my Super Bowl party.
Heck, I'll get mcnabb to fill in, he's never doing anything that weekend!

I think by the championship game Owens will be bacvk at 100%......The problem is getting there without him.......Their defense is still pretty stiff on yards but the yardage is a concern. Explosive offenses will be able to take advantage of this.

Even if the Egal's lose this Championship game they will still be favorites to be back next season.........

I don't know bro. That injury looked pretty nasty and everyone on NFL Countdown said he wouldn't be ready for the Super Bowl.

When they first said it was a high ankle sprain many thought it is a "give it a shot and rest a week injury." It really isn't.......I wouldn't be suprised if he plays in 2-3 because he is that kind of guy BUT I doubt he'll be 100% if THEY MAKE IT THE THE sb.

They made it last years without a big WR threat.....maybe if he comes back for the C.Game they have a shot......

Either way......go ATL:D

Two to three weeks???? You're dreaming!

This is the only football he'll be playing in 2-3 weeks:

He is undergoing surgery tomorrow and they're placing a screw in his ankle!

Plus, it's his leg. Guys come back early sometimes with rib injuries, or concussions or maybe even arm injuries. But with your leg, it's something you have to pound on every minute of the game.

I still think they might make it to the SB because of the inferior competition in the NFC, but this is a huge blow to their team.

NO NO NO.....I was just saying what other were saying originally.......usually high ankle sprains are easier to recover from. Once they found out the severity then everyone knew the egals were screwed..........His sprain was definitly a level 3 because he showed little pain and could even walk on it after he did it..........

I hope he heals fast but not too fast;)

And if he is, he won't be ANYWHERE near the T.O. the Eagles have grown to know. He'd be more like the T.O. the niners know, on the sideline shaking pom, poms, with the cheerleaders!
