I wonder how these new coaches will adjust to our Head Coach

The coaches Parker has brought in so far and Shotty's coaching will have to come together somehow for the goodness of this team. I believe they will gel immediately based on the kind of coaches Shotty wants in here. I believe his big thing is communication, and guys that are going to hold players accountable.

Now on the other hand I wonder how they will adjust to shotty being a bit overboard with building relationships with his players. We saw Shotty taking his players and having them do dances, and he was making it rain in practice. That's his way of doing things, but will they be on board with it. I'm pretty sure those guys will want to come in and focus on getting this defense into something respectable. All the extra stuff I think we can leave that to the players to do on their free time, as long as they're being safe and smart about it.

Well.. we never really know how a new coach is going to go until we see what they do with our team... no matter what they had done for other teams.

Lets revisit this halfway through next season when we might have some idea how they are doing.

Here's the truth. If Shotty should fail in like 2 years. I'm very confident we will have the next phenom candidate on staff already. At worst, we have a successor. Parker was a massive win win hire. So I think they will be highly motivated to mesh well with Shotty. They are hungry, and young. They have millions of reasons to be great.

You've never been to an interview before, everything has been handed to you lol jk. Just because he's apart of the process, does the process show the coaches being interviewed how shotty likes to take the guys out, make it rain in practice etc

Called building camaraderie. Important to a team to work together. Instead of everyone just showing up and expecting to know what each person can do.

Shotty doesn't know how to coach, so he makes up for it with stupid "team-building" stuff. Just garbage for show before we go out and lose to the Cardinals. No incoming coach has to do anything to prepare for Schotty. Eberfalse had his way giving us an atrocious defense for months before Schotty finally brainstormed with him and came up with the genius elevation solution.
The question is how will they adjust to Jerry controlling what players play, no matter how awful they are.
