Before you mention Anthony Romo let me remind you that Sean Payton seen something in him and Tony much like Witten seems to do alot of self teaching in the off season. Lets look at the QBs under your tutelage To be fair I wont count the QBs you coached from 2000-2002 for the Boys

Romo has given a lot of credit for his development to David Lee. Shame they let him get away. He's with the Bills currently.

CC true I was thinking about the fact that we may need a new voice teaching possily our new QB. If we get a QB this year and change our coaches If we fall on our faces this year ( I really hope not) will that stunt the new QBs growth?

Jason Garrett recalls the many leadership roles from the various organizations that he has been with. He came up when Jimmy Johnson came very close to losing Troy Aikman as a player, and had to be handled with kid gloves by Norv Turner. Jason is a good source for quarterbacks. He works well with them.
