Her comes Speed Racer
He's a demon on wheels
He's a demon and he's gonna be chasin' after someone.
He's gainin' on you so you better look alive.
He's busy revvin' up a powerful Mach 5.
And when the odds are against him
And there's dangerous work to do
You bet your life Speed Racer
Will see it through.
Go Speed Racer
Go Speed Racer
Go Speed Racer, Go!
He's off and flyin' as he guns the car around the track
He's jammin' down the pedal like he's never comin' back
Adventure's waitin' just ahead.
Go Speed Racer
Go Speed Racer
Go Speed Racer, Go!
Get on board BP ...or get out of the way. I actually loved the cartoon as a kid.
I don't see the movie being some hit....maybe tho. Ghost Rider was HORRIBLE and it did ok at the box office.
I am not a Nicholas Cage fan anymore after that terrible performance.

Don't know how the movie is going to be but I love The Mach 5!

Ghost rider I liked...but ONLY the parts where he was actually the ghost rider and sam elliot's parts. If they made a whole movie with just the ghost rider (no johnny blaze) I would love it.
Now I put the DVD in and just skip through to he parts where he turns into ghost rider...too bad now that it is only about a half an hour (if that) movie for me.
Hollywood just needs to get more movie ideas instead of making old comics, cartoons or old tv shows into movies.
adamknite;1543193 said:I've always hated Speed Racer. I repeat HATED lolZ.
But I like them making movies about old comics and cartoons, tv shows, movies when they're done well. The only thing is that most of the time it seems they aren't done well. Crossing my fingers hoping Transformers and the Simpsons movie are both going to be good.

Oh and I forgot about the other trend that picked up some steam for a little time...making Video Games into movies.
