I'd like to say a quick thanks

I wanna say a quick thanks to stand up guys like Newman, and Jason Ferguson on this team.

I've seen a lot of finger pointing going on from a lot of the players this week and I love to hear guys like Newman say that people are jacking around and not focused before the game.

We have a pretty good group of guys on this team but the ones that Newman are talking about who are all bark and no bite need to get their stuff together quick.

I hate to drag T.O into another thread but you can say all you want about him being a bad teammate or his drops or whatever but there is no doubt that the guy goes out there and wants to win!!! Just like you see in that picture in your sig. Honestly id rather have more guys out there on D like T.O than a bunch of nice guys who if they lose they could care less. And yeah i also wanna thank Newman and Ferguson who they are one of the few players that have gonna out there every single game and competed the best they could and produce!

I'm interested in seeing which players have all talk and no play. Newman's taking on the leadership role, and he should have at it. Some posters say that it's impossible for a player to become a leader because Parcells always dumps on everyone. Newman doesn't get dumped on at all. I really would like for James and Roy to also step it up and become leaders.

Right now, Newman, A. Glenn, and Ferguson are all leaders. Let's just hope our defense finally starts to play.
