Joe DeCamillis seems to be in Wades ear a lot when you see shots of the sideline on TV. I would love to know what advice he is giving and whether it is solicited or not. If anyone has a clue (not referring to donuts etc.) please share.

I would love to know as well...seems to me he's giving Wade another set of eyes on the field to help him manage the team. I also saw JG and Wade standing next to each other quite a bit which is something we rarely see throughout a game.

Or, Wade leaves Garrett mostly alone when he's coordinating the offense and Garrett does the same when Wade's coordinating defense.

You see DeCamillis and Wade together on shots when Dallas has the ball.

Someone in the organization gets Joe D's importance. That's what's going on. It could be Wade, it could be Jerry, it could be both but there is no way in hell a special team coach just all of a sudden decides on his own to grab the head coach's ear that often during a game. Or, for that matter, to be the guy to show the Dungy video to the whole team.

I assume they are mostly discussing special teams. I know other people think DeCamilis is giving "advise" to Wade on non-ST issues, but I doubt that.

There was one point during the NO game that Wade and Coach D were talking... I am pretty sure they were talking about Folk. They were getting near FG range, so maybe that's what they were discussing.

I have noticed several times he's been in Wade's ear--way more than one would normally expect from a special teams coach, IMO. It's been happening a lot.
