Why not trade Anthony "A-Train" Thomas to San Deigo Chargers for Fonoti Offensive Guard... Move Larry Allen to Left Tackle position, and move Fonoti to left guard position then you will have to good big dudes blocking...

What you are missing is that he would be a better LT then Tucker....it's all about Tucker.

There is no one else out there....the Fonoti idea is to create a dominant left side and he's young and is just getting starting as for LA...end of career.

its just cause someone brought it up in the preseason and it was felt that Parcells was considering it as an option, and poeple figure it must be an upgrade over tucker.

Tucker has been at least playing Tackle. LA would get destroyed out there. He can't handle a speed rush from the outside.

Face it -- Tucker is what we got. Let's see what the coaches have been able to do with him -- BP was high on him during the off season and he played OK yesterday. They've been getting him ready for this all season.

I'm betting we do the same thing at LT that we did at FS last year when Darren Woodson went down.....Nothing. We'll plug Tucker in there and either he'll do a good job or he won't. There aren't any good LEFT tackles out there waiting for work.
