for TO would it not make sense TO would prefer Dallas so he can go up vs. philly twice a year? I think as an athlete he would welcome that! Plus no state tax in Texas?!.....I've got a feelin.....I won't say it!

I think....

No -

I know....

That I just don't care anymore. Let him come. Let him go somewhere else. It doesn't matter. We're winning the super bowl anyway. TO would only affect HOW MUCH we win it by....:)

Very simply, the most lucrative contract offered hooks TO.

He is a pure mercenary, so IMHO, competition vs. Philly and state tax will not play heavily into his decision (state tax will be a minor % compared to the overall contract). One contract will outshine the others, and that is where he will go.

I have a feeling also ... it's the same one I get prior to having "the runs" ...

Isn't KC still the murder capital of the US, no way he takes KC over Cowboys, he would die in obscurity, besides if he doesn't come here honestly I don't know how many more Henson blurbs I can handle, at least we'd have new fodder and a new posse....

Philly would love to knock the crap outta him too I suspect..... you can bet that I will be a fan of Brian Dawkins if TO signs here!

He will make alot more money in the long run on a high profile team like Dallas, this seems like a no brainer.

Don't forget about playing with a QB like Bledsoe! Not to take nothing away from Trent Green in KC, he's great too...but he doesn't have the big arm for the downfield plays that Drew does. Green is more of a intermediate route specialist and has had success with Tony Gonzalzez in the middle and great pass catching running backs that made big plays in the YAC department.

I was wondering when you were going to chime in with the Bledsoe love. Did you guys get a room yet? (jk)

Green's got plenty of arm. Someone just doesn't know what they're talking about. :signmast:

I remember most of his yards coming after the catch. The only "deep ball" I remember was the jump ball to Hall at the end.

I didn't say he can't throw the deep ball, it's just not his strength to do it consistently. The KC offense has always been centered around the running game, with the RB's catching the football and Tony Gonzalez striking in the middle of the field. YAC have greatly inflated Green's numbers too. Green wouldn't be nearly as successful without the running attack to complement him. He's also a few years older than Drew as well.

I guarantee TO would pick Dallas hands down if given the choice! Bledsoe to TO baby!:starspin

Just because I admire Drew as an NFL player does not mean I envision brokeback mountain scenarious with him at his ranch in Montana:laugh1:

The Drew bobblehead on my desk will suffice for now. :D

I don't know if it's the system that KC runs, I think alot more of it is that they simply haven't been able to get a WR that does the job.

Just wondering, but is scenarious a combination of scenario and hilarious, because that's what I envision when I look at your sig.
