If either coach Norv, Phillips or Riveria or Singletary, should Jones pay more money

Guys, say if Jerry Jones signs Norv or Phillips or Riveria or Singletary as head coach, should we emplore Jerry Jonest to sign one of the other giuys as coordinator.

Say Norv is hired as head coach, pay Phillips or Riveria or Singletary more money than what their getting to get that good coach that can teach and help our team.

Or say Phillips or Riveria or Singletary is hired as head coach, pay Norv Turner extra money to come in and teach our players, and help tutor Jason Garrett as asst offensive coordinator till he gets the hang of it.

Personally i would like for us to get Singletary, then sign Turner or other way, with the one that isnt head coach the coordianator in his expertise. That way, after the head coach leaves, you have Singletary and Jason Garrett as young coaches coming into their prime, and one of them surely would be a good head coach in a couple of years.

Sparano and Garret will do fine together - I don't think they need Norv.

I can't see a guy being rejected for the HC position wanting to come take the Coordinators job moving from a different team. Money talks but that would be eating a lot of humble pie right there!
