I would hire an outside Football man for about a month...maybe even a PI and I'd call in every member of the Team...every member of the coaching staff.. all of the trainers...And I'd ask them how the Dallas Cowboys went from being 8-4 , beating a tough Giants team in NY in the cold ...and then to just have the wheels come off to 9-8 ...HOW?? I'm serious - If I'm Jerry , I'd want to know what went wrong, and why and what needs to be changed...

it's simple.

you have to LOSE more games than you win in your final 4 (plus wildcard game) to go from 8-4 to 9-8.

the Cowboys did just that. they have proven that with excellent coaching and motivated players a team can go 1-4 in their last 5 games.
