If Jerry Jones stepped down tomorrow, how quick would we get over the hump?

Best case scenario Stephen gives up control and actually hires a quality GM and head coach AND the stars align and everything goes right: 4 years to SB.

If sherrif jr. is running the show, it will be more of the same garbage.

The hope would be to sale the team. Its possible, maybe.

We know it won't happen anytime soon, but could you imagine if Jerry Jones gave up power, retired, and moved on and let real football people run this franchise. How quickly could things turn for the better?? Would it be a drastic change or a slower change? Please give your thoughts

It will only get worse with Chuckles.

Jerry Jones will not step down.
He will be lowered down.
Horizontal.
In a box.
Years from now.

And brought back up on draft days and game days.

Stephen is taking over and he's responsible for this good enough philosophy, so absolutely nothing will change.
Learn it
Love it

Depends on who takes over. If its SJ, maybe never. If SJ wises up , hires a real GM who can then hire a coach empowered to decide whose on his staff and who makes his team, we have seen how fast NFL teams can turn around. The Pats and J-ville won 4 games last year.

If a new GM came in and hired a good coach and he decided to part ways with dak, he would be called a bum before one game was played.

It would probably take 2-3 years.
Year 1 clean house.
Year 2 see results later in the season from cleaning house.
Year 3 super bowl champions.
Year 4 back to back champions.
Year 5 three-peat championship
Just that simple.
Lol

You'd still have overcome the ****** culture that has been build over the last 25 years or so, and hire a HC.
That could take 5 or more years.
Or if you can hire a strong charismatic HC, you can cut it to two or three years.
Jimmy John started to win big in his 3rd year as the Dallas HC.
