Since 2003, Oakland has 53 wins. the Cowboys have 95. In the past 11 seasons the Cowboys have had a better record than the Raiders 10 out of 11 seasons.

Well what about since 1996? Oakland has 113 wins. Dallas has 144. And they have had a better record than Dallas in 4 out of those 18 seasons.

You are pretty far off the mark here.
