If one of the OL goes down, isn't it obvious Leary will be the guy?

I don't think we are really going to go into a game with Green starting at T.

So.. I'm guessing if one of the tackles goes down, Zach Martin takes their spot and Leary takes Martin's?

Has Martin taken any reps at tackle this offseason?

I'd betcha Looney finishes the game and next game Leary is starting after the shuffling around.

If it was Tyron, I would slide Collins to LT and bring in Leary, If its Free, I would slide Martin to RT and put in Looney or Leary. At this point I dont think Chaz green is in shape or ready. jmo

Not sure why people are so down on Green. He played solid the first half of last week's game and played very well last night the entire time he was out there.

Almost got beat once last night but was able to stick with it and recover enough.....it helped that Dak seen it and stepped up in the pocket.

You cant just plug lineman in anywhere on the line. Leary replaces a guard green a tackle.

The problem is fans look at the rest of the Oline and put those kind of expectations on him. I would be worried about him as a starter coming into this season, but as a backup swing tackle playing his first taste of action against NFL players his play hasn't been that bad. The key was seeing improvement from last week, and that was evident.

Prior to last night, I expected the Cowboys to keep only 8 offensive linemen:

Tyron Smith
Collins
Fredrick
Martin
Free
Leary
Looney
Green

But Bryan Witzmann really showed me something last night, and the team may have found something with him. I thought he did a decent job at both right tackle early and left tackle later. He may have the team thinking about keeping 9 linemen.

I disagree. You don't move one of the best guards in football to right tackle and hope he can do it. We will definitely have a swing tackle with Leary and Looney backing up inside.
