If Roy Williams SS gets cut does anyone know what this does to the Cowboys Cap space for next season ?

It'll cut $2.2 mil from the cap if I'm not mistaken. He'll still account for $4.4 mil if he's released vs $6.6 mil if on the roster. Hopefully the "Capmaster" Adam will be through to verify b/c I heard this in passing w/out doing any research.

It might be one of those things where he might not get cut unless Dallas finds a suitable replacement prior to that. If you cut him, and Davis isn't resigned then you're pretty thin at the safety position cause you'd have to move Hamlin over, at that point, to strong safety and that really weakens two positions, in terms of depth.

I say keep him, draft a safety (again) and hope we can stay healthy at the position next year.
