If Steven A. Smith is concerned about Mike Vick as his QB, then we should throw in the towel

Because weeden is nowhere as good as Vick which means we have no shot at all in being alive for a playoff spot by time November rolls around. Atleast Vick can run around and buy time and scramble on 3rd down unllike our QB which is cement feet weeden. So not sure why Steven A is so concerned about his team now that Vick is the QB because he can flat out still make plays at 35. In our case if the defense and running game is not popping then we done because Weeden has no skills in making plays.

I know we would all trade weeden to Pittsburgh for Vick. Right or wrong?

Vick wasn't prepared when brought on for the Jets and ended up getting benched for Gino. Big Rape has been getting battered for years behind that line, a Vick just in it for the cheques will be not starting for long.

Vick doesn't have the same explosiveness and quickness that he once did. He's never been a good pocket passer. He's never been able to consistently stay healthy. He often leaves the pocket to try and take off too soon and doesn't protect himself well. He is not a good NFL quarterback.
