If TG is gone then we are no threat to win the bowl or make any kind of run, our half *** receivers cannot fill the void left by TG, we better step and get someone now maybe no someone for sunday but someone ready to play the other 15 games or count is out, might as well suck it up and get two good draft picks.

The last thing we need to do is make a knee-jerk trade to fill a temporary hole.

PLEASE, we can't go back to the days of trading multiple picks for O.J. Santiago. That happens, and I really will become pessimistic.

The first poster is correct.

The Tony Romo story only happens once in a blue moon. I don't count on our backup WRs to make it happen again.

So you'd rather get someone else's backup WRs to make it happen????

I never knew Terry Glenn was Jerry Rice part 2

Losing Glenn is a blow but not season ending and doesnt affect our chances greatly

This is what we get for ignoring the WR position for so many years.

Expecting two aging WR's to make it through the year is a harsh lesson in reality.

Let's hope our young guns are ready to step up.

Regardless, no more Joey Galloway trades.

Stupid teams make trades like this. Why exactly do we have WRs #3-#6 if we don't feel they can contribute?

CURSES! I had blocked that out from my memory, but you had to go and remind me again about that. I feel sick all over again.

Teams have done more with less, Crayton over Glenn might change how our offense looks a bit, but we will be fine on O.

This season comes down to how our defense plays and that hasn't changed with this injury

Lots of good receivers are around at a fair market price to seemingly desperate teams this time of year.

If Dallas is no threat to make any kind of run because Glenn is gone (if he is), why bother to make a trade? According to your chicken-little reasoning the season is lost, so why spend draft picks when it won't help a hopeless situation?

Maybe you ought to just shut yourself up with a pacifier and wait until next year. The rest of us are likely to carry on like troupers. We won't disturb your sulk.

I'm sure the Lions are dying to part ways with Roy Williams or the Texans will give away Andre Johnson for a song.

Wonder if the rumors about Mark Clayton being shopped were true. He ran a 4.4, but missed a bunch of preseason with a bumped up ankle; he is starting this weekend though.

Edit: NM, it was Michael Clayton, 4.6 40.

He has tons of speed, runs decent routes, and has good hands (as long as a safety isn't within 10 yards of him).
