If the Cowboys don't beat the Raiders, what's next?

Then we lose the toilet bowl

this may be my new favorite. LMAO!!

nothing. We, homers, come back next year with our blinds on and talk about "it's our year". Then, about halfway through the season, some guys ask what we do when we get beaten down and end our season again. What we do, we come back next year with blinders and a towel wrapped around our heads, wearing our awesome gear, chains, and Nikes on, and start saying, "we dem boys, it's our year, again for the 32nd time". Then, in year 33, we still have our blinders on and a towel wrapped around our head with a 5-gallon bucket over both. "We dem boys."

What's next? Nothing. Wash rinse repeat til next year. This year was already going to be a season of flux. 6 wins is the ceiling. Nothin has changed that. However, in 2026, we stand to be pretty good given the latest additions and the upcoming draft. Hold tight.

Well, if we lose against the raiders, we have like. 2.5% chance of a wildcard.

While I root for the boys every week, I’ve already started tracking draft position using various simulators.

Even if we lose out, projections only give us a 15% of getting the overall %1 pick.

Our remaining strength of schedule is only .480, so even if we lose normally, we’ll not move down much.

The tie really hurts our pick chances, so that sucks.

The first simulator I ran, I was able to draft Caleb Downs at #12.

I’m going to will that into existence by not running even one more mock draft simulator.
I love those draft simulators, that's how I really really get to know about these college players and who we have the potential to get. If we got the first pick, do you really trust that we'll do the right thing. We get the 1st pick, trade down a few spots!!!!

You get one of the top spots & a team really wants someone you can net a huge return. The kind of return a competent organization could make use of.

Let's just play around for a second, we trade down to #5, what do you think that would haul us in a return??? I for one am making sure that I get ALL the picks I don't have, so that's a 2nd this year, a 3rd this year, and maybe ask for another first next year/ or a 2nd next year who knows! What about your draft return??

there is no positive or negative only irrational and rational
Oh brother....nothing rational about grown people living vicariously through a football team that they have ZERO control of...

Bpa in the 2026 draft please. We need just good football players regardless of position. Nobody should be safe, with rare exceptions.

This is what happened last draft. So a future first & immediate 2nd & 4th and of course they exchanged the firsts.
  • Jaguars trade up for #2 pick: In a major move, the Jaguars traded up with the Cleveland Browns to get the #2 overall pick. They sent the #5, #36 (2nd round), and #126 (4th round) picks in 2025, along with their 2026 first-round pick, to the Browns.

My mouth just dropped!!!!!!!!!!! I'm scared not knowing if we'd get fair compensation knowing you know who

completely rational to use 10 weeks of data to understand said football team isn't very good & will now be playing some of the best teams in the league. logic dictates low expectations.

if your statement is true, then we need to just shut down the site.
