I think Stephen convinced Jerry to allow Garrett another year in a different role. He us failing in that role also.
Most of the defensive staff are on their final contract year if I am not mistaken.
The rest of the offensive staff is just an odd hodge podge mix. Wade Wilson will leave with Garrett, Wes Phillips will be gone, tight ends are playing poorly under his watch. Callahan was fought here to fix the offensive line and all of a sudden he is calling plays for Jason Garrett's offense. Makes no sense.
I think everybody is out. Everyone in the front office should be also but their is no one to fire those incompetent people.
This organization needs to be turned over to a qualified person with absolutely no ties in any way to the cowboys or Jerry...the person should be strong willed and able to tell the jones family to go sit in the corner and shut up like parcells did.
We need an honest independent evaluation of the front office, staff and roster.
A new qualified person should be able to come in and make whatever changes he decides.
But everyone of us knows we are just going to get mike Zimmer or whoever will bow down to the jones family and go along with what they want.
