If Wade goes, Brian Billick would be a good fit IMO.

A player's coach. Runs a disciplined program. Terrific communicator. Very intense. Terrific Offensive Mind. Coaches to strengths. Knows QB play inside and out and can reign in Romo. Always fields an excellent ST unit.

I think he would work well with Jerry. Jerry can let him do his thing and I think Brian would be ok with Jerry being Jerry.

Folks: Jerry isn't going to change, btw. You do know that right? He's never, ever going to change- and in his defense I'm not sure he should. His players need to play better football, and his coaches need to coach football to the football players.

For a "terrific offensive mind" he sure did run a crappy offense his entire time in Baltimore.

That's not what I heard-Ravens fans always griped how he ran a creampuff TC, and never got respect from the players.

Sound familiar?

He also made that excellent choice of trading up for Kyle Boller.

not a bad idea actually in my opinion, but consider this, if he is such a great terrific offensive mind then how come he has never had a decent offense in his coaching career? Everyone knows that offense was terrible during the Ravens superbowl. I do agree that he runs a disciplined team and I like his intensity. I still think somebody like Cowher is needed over him.

He sure did and he couldnt hire good offensive assitants and he had absolutely zero ability to develop a qb.

He is a horrible fit. His teams won on the backs of the defense, the defense that the terrific ozzie newsome built.

Here he has no ozzie newsome.

wade is an embarrassment...

garett should also be embarr*****, as should stewart...

they should all be fired.

Also get rid of:

PacMan
Tank
RW 38
Zach
Henry
Barbie Carpenter
Barbie James

TO
Procter
Flozell
Brad Johnson

take the cameras OUT of Valley Ranch while you are at it.

enough Hollywood already. this team has proven they can't handle it.

hire some real leaders for coaches AND players.

thank you.

Well its not like he's had a offense worth anything though. I can only think of two solid players on offense he's ever had and that's Heap and Jamal Lewis. They've never had a quarterback and never any receivers. That's the worst shape to be in.

If, and thats a big if, Wade goes, the guy I'd like to see is Rex Ryan.

Man, I'm not sure I want someone who hasn't had some previous HC experience coming in here right now. You need someone that can deal with the team of idiots we have right now. I'm not sure a first time HC is the right choice.

Not a huge Billick fan but see Minn around 1998, he ran an outstanding offense.
