If Washington comes up, who goes down?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong as I haven't researched it, but given the current injury situation(s) at running back, I've read that Washington may be activated.

It was my understanding that he's on Dallas' practice squad.

So my question is if he's moved to the active roster, who gets booted to make room?

It would probably be CuJo.

He reinjured his hammy last week so he'd have to been released, which I'm not sure can be done, or go on IR.

I think he was no longer practice squad eligible...and he wasn't going to get on the roster ahead of Choice, Felix, or MBIII.

If one of them went down for the season, I wouldn't be totally surprised if Jerry resigned him and they activated him to be the third active back.

according to Isaac Newton, if Washington came up, Washington would go down as well

this was brought up on either the Lunch Break or Talkin Cowboys, and they said that he got a PCL sprain in the last preseason game, and they waived him injured or something, i don't remember all the details, but i got the impression it wasn't worth keeping him on the PS if he couldn't participate.

back to the original question of who would get cut, i agree with the Curtis Johnson idea, especially if Butler keeps the momentum and can improve his run defense.

the only other possibility i can think of is an o-linemen, but i don't know who. i would say Proctor but he's been one of our 2 active backups. Preston and Holland have bigger guaranteed salaries according to Talkin Cowboys.

Holland is the only one that doesn't have multiple positions he can play, but seems to be the best option if a guard was to go down.

who knows?

:lmao2: Good one.

It would probably be CuJo. Personally, though, I wouldn't bring Washington up at all since Felix should be back after the bye, unless they really need him on kick returns.

McQuistan is the only logical choice. He's shown nothing and does nothing.

Someone would sign him. Not that I care about that, but I am sure they would want to release a guy who has a chance of being re-signed

Probably, CuJo.

McQuistan would probably get picked up by Buffalo or some other team. And Flo willl probably get suspended for another trip soon.
