I imagine how anyone of us (couch GMs and Head Coaches) would actually be in their position, of running the greatest franchise in all of sports, if we actually knew what the heck we were talking about. There is no way in hell any of us can actually know(for a fact) what Jerry and Bill are up to. Love them or hate them, we have to trust that they know what they are doing right now.

Plus, if they were to scoop up the big names you guys want/wanted here, I am sure ya'll will find something new to criticise those moves. Like I don't know, maybe one of those guys would have had a back injury while working out in the offseason, or have a groin injury during the season after playing as a top tier FA pick up . Then you guys would have to come up with ways to articulate how that player is a bust...

I certainly won't claim to know what the heck BP and JJ are doing and I don't think I ever have. I do retain the right to criticize any moves or non-moves (as seems to be the case so far) and the results.

I'd also have a little more trust in those two if I didn't think I could've managed the last 3 offseasons and esp drafts a little better than they did. Erroneous and arrogant thoughts on my part....maybe...but i do know that if i was running our draft we'd had a probowl CB instead of a bust RT (which also would've negated the need to spend big money on Henry), ROY WR Anquon Boldon instead of sucky C Al Johnson, and a decent kicker (josh Brown) instead of some guy named Justin Bates whose probably not in the league anymore. I'm keeping track of what I would've done vs what we have actually done and the results....I think I'm winning right now, which means we are losing.

Jerry's winning ways in the past have forever gained my trust and respect. When two years ago we signed Vinny Testaverde to be our starting qb, I knew Jerry was a smart, precise business man. He's a professional at making another man's trash, his treasure. So a signing like Kosier to a good sized contract is right up his alley way, he sees talent where nobody else can and I admire him for that.

Am I a bit concerned about our FA decisions? Heck no. I'd be insane to question Jerry's logic.
