I always find this is a fun topic of discussion.

I've always felt egotistical enough to name a son Brian, Jr. Although I'd only do it if it was a first-born, seems sort of abnormal to have a non-firstborn be given a Jr. If male was second I've recently taken a liking to Bryce. For girls I've always loved the name Alice.

I actually get to do this in May/June, my first child is will be born. We do not know the gender but I have a feeling it is a girl.

Thomas Ryan (My dads name for the first name, and my name for the middle name.)

Megan Marie (We like the name, and it might have a different spelling not sure yet, and all the woman on my father in laws side, have Marie as the middle name.)

My son's name is Emmett (I lost the battle on the spelling). We actually agreed on that name for a boy very easily. We never did come up with a girl's name that we both liked, and I forget what I was proposing at the time.

Odd numbers for sons, even numbers for daughters.

I like to keep things simple.

Just occurred to me that our 90's backfield gave Texas fathers three very distinctive names to choose from: Emmitt, Troy, and Moose lol.

I have Kaylee and Jaycee. If ever a boy, it will(hope) be........Hayden or Wyatt(time for that name to come back around).

I always wanted Monique for a girl but the wife shot it down quick. That was the name of the first girl I liked(7th grade) but the wife does not know that and still said no :(

Monique came over from Europe in Junior High and I thought she was gorgeous with an unusual name

I don't know what made me look this up, but according to howmanyofme.com there are 56 Emmitt Smith's in the US, 323 Michael Irvin's, and only one Troy Aikman.

There are 26 Tom Landry's...doesn't seem right. That name should be retired lol.

There are 23 Tony Romo's. All of them hate ESPN.

Only one Brett Favre (big surprise).

For Nate Newton, it says one or fewer. Guess they're not sure how much of big Nate is still remaining lol

edited to add: For giggles, I searched for Moose. There are actually 1586 people in the US with the first name Moose. Man, there are a lot of sick Cowboys fans out there. Even sicker than me.
