IMO, Wade and Garrett are in positions that are above that which they're truly capable..

I think Wade would make a terrific DC...I don't know about HC.

I think Garrett is more fit to be a QB coach rather than a OC. Maybe in the future he'll be more fit for OC and eventually HC, but I don't think so now.

It's a tough decision to make. I wish they were both still on our team, just in different capacities.

I suppose I would have to fire Wade the HC first, but if I'm Jerry, I tell Wade to get the players he wants, cut the players he doesn't want, and stop undercutting him and check the results. That would never happen, but I think we'd see a much improved team.
