the answer is no, Collins had chances to talk to police a week before the draft to clear things up, he wasn't a suspect or a person of interest, police just wanted to talk to him because he knew the victim... would you rather Collins playing for the Giants who would have taken him at 9 if not for the circumstances or the Cowboys...I choose the latter, he sounds like a character guy from the press conference.....and he will get his huge deal in a couple of years
